Junior Event Manager - excellent German and English (MUST)

​

Your challenge will be as a staff member within the Sponsoring & Events team at Eventi Ticino Sagl

​

Your task:

  • Organization of sporting events, shows, concerts or conferences throughout Switzerland and abroad

  • Complete management of all aspects of the event: organization, communication, invitation management, logistics, partner relations administration

  • Preparation of texts and content for internal and external communication (invitations, social, websites)

  • Active participation in the event

  • Resolving eventual problems Related to event preparation and delivery

  • Reporting to immediate supervisor on the outcome of the event, issues encountered and how to resolve them with a view to continuous service improvement

  • Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays, with days off during the week.

​

Your profile:

  • Higher or academic education in business with a focus on Marketing

  • Excellent knowledge of Italian, English and German (MUST)

  • Previous experience in event organization (1-2 years)

  • Ease of learning computer applications

  • Ease of relationship with external partners and internal departments related to events

  • Person interested in the topic of sports/concerts/shows/conferences and events in general

  • Aptitude for dealing with people and teamwork

  • Genuine, friendly, active personality and willing to learn and get involved

  • Willingness to travel domestically and abroad if projects require it

Your challenge will be as a collaborator within the Sponsoring & Events team at Eventi Ticino Sagl

Your task:

  • Transfer from/to airports and/or hotels mainly in Milan, Bergamo, Zurich and Geneva

  • Company transfers, business trips, taking or bringing clients or artists or collaborators, throughout Switzerland

  • Events or ceremonies, reaching destinations where an event or special occasion takes place

  • Guided tours for artists or VIPs

  • has the complete management of the car and related documentation; he takes care of both ordinary and extraordinary maintenance, and must always worry about having the car assigned to his responsibility clean, tidy and supplied with accessory products useful for the person transporting

  • Availability to work on Saturdays and Sundays, with days off during the week.

Your profile:

  • Driving license B (vehicles)

  • Have a high school diploma

  • Mastery of urban and extra-urban road routes

  • Mastery of driving techniques on wet or snow

  • Does not drink and/or smoke on duty

  • Excellent knowledge of Italian and English (MUST)

  • Possessing essential qualities such as discretion, flexibility, punctuality, availability, always orderly and elegant presence

  • Reserved for the protection of privacy

  • Ease of relationship with external partners and internal departments related to events

  • Person interested in sports/concerts/shows/conferences and events in general

  • Attitude to the relationship with people and work in team

Sound and lighting technician for shows - English (MUST)

​

Your challenge will be as a collaborator within the Events team at Eventi Ticino Sagl

​

Your task:

  • The audio lighting technician for the show is the professional figure who governs the various stages of setting up and managing the amplification, reproduction and sound recording in the context of a show and their interaction with the visual and lighting aspects of the scene

  • He is able to choose and use the professional tools suited to the context, design and manage the setting up of audio and light equipment and environments, simulate and conduct the show with lights and video using computer tools. He is able to contribute to the recording, processing and post-production of sound sources and to the management of the scene in compliance with the requests of the client, also thanks to a scientific-cultural background linked to sound perception, lighting engineering, acoustics.

  • Read and understand the technical Riders of the various artists

  • Collaborate directly with the artist's production

  • Monitor, control and plan the partners interested in the production

  • Ensure the smooth running of the show

  • Availability to work on Saturdays and Sundays, with days off during the week.

Your profile:

  • Be in possession of a diploma in audio and video technician

  • Experience gained in the sector of at least 7 years related to concerts and shows

  • Excellent knowledge of Italian and English (MUST), German (PLUS)

  • Available to travel in Switzerland and abroad

  • Autonomy in the management of the technical part and coordination of temporary staff employed

  • Reserved for the protection of the privacy of the artists

  • Ease of relationship with external partners and internal departments related to events

  • Person interested in sports/concerts/shows/conferences and events in general

  • Attitude to the relationship with people and work in team

  • Genuine, friendly, active and willing to learn and get involved personality

  • The activity consists of various sectors: at audio/light services, theaters and museums, private and corporate events, congress centres, concert venues, arenas and discos.

  • Disponibilità al lavoro di sabato e domenica, con giorni liberi in settimana.

Il tuo profilo:

  • Formazione superiore o accademica in economia con indirizzo Marketing

  • Ottime conoscenze di italiano, inglese (MUST)

  • Precedente esperienza nell'organizzazione di eventi (1-2 anni)

  • Facilità di apprendimento di applicativi informatici

  • Facilità di relazione con partners esterni e dipartimenti interni legati agli eventi

  • Persona interessata all'argomento sport/concerti/spettacoli/conference e agli eventi in generale

  • Attitudine al rapporto con le persone e lavoro in team

  • Personalità genuina, cordiale, attiva e volenterosa di apprendere e mettersi in gioco

  • Disponibilità a spostamenti in Svizzera e all’estero se i progetti lo richiedono
